Louisa County Sheriff's Office continues to look into this 2 year old cold case missing person.

Mr. Grogan is known to be somewhat of a drifter and has previously lived in the following states:

Austin, Texas
Travis, Texas
Afton-Nelson County
Americus, Georgia
Independence, Morgantown, and Jeffrey, in West Virginia
Chillicothe, Ohio

He is a vet and suffers from depression. The Detective working this case recently reached out to his family, and they have no new information.
